Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies Voya uses, why, and how you can control them. It complies with Spain's Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información (LSSI) and the EU ePrivacy Directive.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the site owner.

How we obtain your consent

When you first visit Voya, a cookie banner is displayed. We do not set any non-essential cookies until you click Accept. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for voya.es, which will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.

Cookie categories

Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function. They enable core features such as authentication and security. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the site — which pages are most visited, where users drop off, and how they navigate. This data is aggregated and anonymised. These are only set after you give consent.

We do not use advertising, targeting, or social media tracking cookies.

Third-party cookies

Google Analytics cookies are set by Google LLC. Google's own privacy policy governs how that data is used: policies.google.com/privacy. We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled.

Managing your preferences

You can manage cookies in several ways:

  • Cookie banner — click Decline on the banner to prevent analytics cookies being set
  • Browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via their settings menu. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
  • Google Analytics opt-out — install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
